i was told the vice chancellor at the DS settlemnt hearing was very critical of the non-employee directors. awaiting court transcripts..

if the crew puts up a fight i would expect more shareholder suits...

and now that the BOD has breach of fiduciary duty admission to add to their resumes, maybe we can go after CJ's law license... we need to run these guys out of town... all imo

My greatest concern is the Tustin criminal cabal makes it so difficult with their control of the nominating process, that Ronin says this is so messed up, we walk.

Just taking a partial part of the post...but that sounds crazy with how critical Ronin was all around. Ronin can simply buy more and could have bought more but decided to stop their accumulation and why? If Ronin likes the prospects of their ideas, they stay the course and if they don't get their way this year then they may start believing my ideas of making it public....and FILE for all to see and DEMAND all the past present and pending future collaborations ...even Ambit types that possibly existed and could be sophistically sabotaged by buyouts.....and let's not forget (since Ronin seems ticked off and searching for the truth ) to go after and make it public by filing for all court records to be unsealed. File for each lawsuit ....to become jnsealed, even CSM in Fargo and CSM sealed records with ANY and ALL that they were involved in because that gets everyone a bit closer to the truth.

Will Ronin do this.?...and go on record and give all of us some conditions to make sure the IP can't get transferred for cheap breadcrumbs ...

Will Ronin do this as a start of good faith or like you say....walk away if things don't go their way ??

If they walk away....maybe they were not that all forthcoming of their true appearance here, because the last one or group I would like in control are ones that give up easily and sell us all out so good riddance to those types.

If one wants to fight and TRULY wants to discover how valuable PS Targeting will become and is.....maybe they should stick around, reassess their original plan....and continue to buy more.

Put it this way....if current BOD continues to make mistakes by not defending themselves and being hush hush it seems, then Ronin could further solidify their case and wait one year IF they need to regroup.

One thing for sure, the spotlight is on ALL of them so we should all benefit either way....because the current regime is clearly under attack and IF they don't respond then good riddance to them as well.

I expect to see a clean fight ...no punches below the belt...and no headbuts. : )

You see, the reality of it all is we shall see responses measures from both sides and that will help me decide which ones are strong enough to gain any respect any here should want in those that should be protecting my investment and looking to maximize our investments.

So far in round 1....both sides lose and as said, IF Ronin cops out and walks....his intentions looked to be a big illusion for all of us to fall for.
