I know what a non-employee director is, but is it common to have many of those on a biotech board (don't know..asking)? In my industry there was typically only one or two employees on the board as a matter of common practice so I'm not following how this is an issue (would there be elaboration by the court included in a transcript?)
For some reason, I think comments from the transcripts will make their way in the next Ronin correspondence. Yet, there are some people who still believe the criminals will include them when they bring in all the secret deals and partnerships
