My view is that Mark was the technological backbone, and should have been deeply involved with the implementation of the set top box, which should have taken precedence. Perhaps the misleading comments had to do with the timing of the set top box. But now the question is whether the remaining management can truly be trusted with anything they say, and to what extent they will continue to ignore Mark, and this will become more of just an app with no real differentiation other than a good search feature.
Just isn't what I signed up for. I signed up for a true cord-cutting replacement solution. It's not clear that this can happen anymore. To distance yourself from your greatest asset is pretty asinine. Things were hard enough as they were, and they still have the strange convertible PCG mystery group, and the pumps and dumps, etc... this was easily the last straw for me.
