That's incorrect. Mj has been illegal in the US for decades . All MJ no matter the THC content has been illegal for decades in the US. No research or anything cause it's been a schedule 1 drug, and still is according to the US Gov.

That means they used to, and apparently still think it has no medicinal purposes. Which is crazy dumb.

That is extremely incorrect. CBD is under the same schedule as MMJ. Do a google search if need be.
