No disrespect but you are 100% wrong. The DEA has stated in 2016 under the New Drug Code ( 7350 ) "that CBD sourced from industrial hemp cultivated lawfully pursuant to a States industrial hemp laws enacted under the US Farm Bill is legal"
Industrial hemp is specifically excluded from the CSA's definition of marijuana in section ( 7606 ) of Farm Bill
