cheynew, yes and explained it many times (not always) and they have equally proven their statement where correct. But that is not proper to PPHM. Also big companies such as we just seen includes several BP have set-back or miss numbers. They make guidelines 12 months in advance and we have seen that sometimes they updated them 3 or 4 times.
This is NOT an exact science BUT I agree with a remark in a previous post of yours that Lytle's LAST forecast so short to year end POSES AT THE LEAST QUESTIONS unless that end of year suffered from the rescheduling and explains the inventory of which maybe (SPECULATION) several millions worth of drug had to be shipped out and invoiced and hence would have been part of THAT fiscal year. SO without the details we cannot tell if there is or is NO explanation that kind of explains a several million miss-guidance EVEN if they do the BEST YEAR EVER in revenue and Quarter in Earnings.
So the answer to your question in one line is: I try to keep my emotions out of my investment and hence IMO we are good. I see the way RONIN goes about this as a possible cause to make trouble in the PPHM stable. Maybe that is his intention.
We have 47Mil$ in cash, about 50-55Mil$ new revenue, a backlog, 30+Mil$ inventory and ATM/PPHMP for contingency or bridging to profitability. We have Exosomes and new CDMO services in the pipeline and signed 4 new customers. 3 Existing customers passed FAD approval and can start ordering. We lost no customers, double Avid II and now hear that actually whatever it was they did to Avid do can be done again to extend (so no need for Avid III until start building it in April next year).
So we are not on a live line, we need no saving we only need to find a better way then Ronin to replace 3 BoD members with people WE SHAREHOLDERS can trust. Dr. Brekken, Dr. Garnick, Dr Antonia, Dr. Birge, Dr. Wolchok IMO are all such people. The CEO of HALO, a Top Legal advisor or someone from one of the side interest companies Bill/MelindaG, Calico, etc would all be people WITH good reputations.
So I say let's get rid of the curent ES, DP and CJ but ALSO of RONIN because the ABOVE proposition is MUCH MUCH MUCH better for us. Only people connected with RONIN's agenda would not want such new BoD that doesn't come from Ronin candidates.
