There are only 3 OPTIONS AVAILABLE to the Shareholders for the current BOD Situation..

Option 1: Keep the Current BOD as it sits today

Option 2: Vote Ronin's Nominated Candidates

Option 3: Keep the status Quo which is in fact the same as Option 1.

So in the end there are only 2 Options.... all this talk about other ways or better ways is complete and utter nonsense like many of the fantasy posts about the future of Peregrine.

By not voting for Ronin, you are merely voting to keep the current BOD.

Talking about other options for the BOD is meaningless, much like what comes out of the mouths of Peregrine Management.

Think of this as a path forward to get us where we need to go. The choice is Ronin or current Board. I have seen no filings that there will be a third option. The company has a going concern opinion which means there is a risk to investors of the company not being able to meet its obligations over the next 12 months. As the only generating producer of revenue, it is clear there is risk of facility impairment and loss of contracts at Avid. That is why we need the immediate focus We are fortunate Ronin sees the value in this company or we would be toast. Garrick and Brekken have no interest in being on the board. A board just can't be a couple of scientist who have had exposure to Bavi but also have a solid business background. The solution-elect Ronin and as they have said, will have a full review of the IP. I feel certain that Brekken, UTSW, Garnick and others will be part of the process. If you doubt this, then feel free to call SWIM. They are very transparent in the strategy.

Botttom line, we have the WHITE KNIGHT in Ronin and they will leverage the experience of our KOL's to drive the maximum value. Believing the current tiger will change its stripes will lead to failure.
