Was merely pointing out that poster I was responding to was under reporting the number. It's been about 10% so far this year, even since $.03.
PPS has dropped much more, so dilution is not it's only problem. Hype and overvaluation in general has created most of the loss in PPS. From $.03 to $.01 is 67% loss.
