Doubtful… Here's how I see it…

This is NOT a buy back and OS will continue to rise imo.... Its a flukey situation that even the TA won't disclose. The OS has consistently been increasing since the last REVERSE SPLIT!!! The company still has 613M more shares to dump to cover the toxic debt to debt holders!!! Yesterday's volume was 1.4 M buys and 8.5M SELLS!!!! I think that answers the question pretty clearly! Rickie boy needs to pay his salary!!
