All,
The big guys are moving in. They smell blood ... ( mooola ... in my term). Ronnin made the first move hoping to make quick profit then hide the jewel (BIVI....) But there are other players in the field. It's not easy. All buyers, bidders, partners, even Ronin the auctioneer has to pay to play...

Thank you CJ. High institutional ownership is good. Looking at the high volume I suspect this figure is going higher. A stock price of 5+ is helping as most institutional investors don't/can't buy below 5$.
......the only advantage of the R/S :-)....
