Of course there is a rather real possibility that the Comitos might have been more than just a little pissed off at Seth Shaw and were "threatening" Shaw if they didn't get satisfaction regarding the lost financing the Comitos delivered to Joshua Kimmel at the behest of Seth Shaw!

For lack of a better description, IMO...Seth Shaw was on the "HOT SEAT" and HAD NO ALTERNATIVE, but to placate the Comitos!
