It was pretty easy to find information on KB...
and you just admitted that all BSethy had to do was look into Kimmel

As soon as someday checks his background and verifies the facts, it becomes strikingly apparently that he carries less than 0 credibility

and he would have seen that he was a bad apple.

So tell me...

And WHY did Seth not LEAVE BVAP when all the stuff started coming out???
First he was there defending and praising....
then he sort of disappeared...
BUT HE NEVER SAID A MUMBLING WORD AND HE NEVER QUIT...
HE NEVER DISTANCED HIMSERLF FROM BVAP.
If I was involved in something and I discovered the people were doing things that were not right,
I would most certainly put as much distance as I could between us!

Let me get this straight! Everyone else is supposed to do the "easy" background DD, but somehow Seth Shaw is exempt from doing this same background DD? What are you talking about?

Seth Shaw is the company CEO, with a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders, and he is telling others, "do the basic background DD and everything becomes clear", but Seth Shaw does not have to do the "this same DD", apparently because he is "entitled" to skip it! BTW...every post digs a deeper hole!!!

Many of those posting on the BVAP Board, actually did the Joshua Kimmel DD, continuously posting warnings that Josh Kimmel was a buffoon and probably a scammer! YES INDEED, MANY OF THE BVAP POSTERS ACTUALLY DID THE DUE DILIGENCE! SETH SHAW IGNORED THIS DD, NEVER DID HIS OWN DD, AND CONTINUED HIS UNENDING AND UNDYING PUBLIC SUPPORT OF JOSHUA KIMMEL!

AGAIN, SETH SHAW DOES NOT DO DD...PERIOD!
