LOL! This is an absolutely PERFECT EXAMPLE of the claim, "CEO SETH SHAW WOULDN'T KNOW GOOD DD IF IT JUMPED UP AND BIT HIM ON THE BUTT!"

Seth Shaw's historic DD has been horrible, even non-existent, but he then publishes statements including such verbiage as "AFTER EXTENSIVE DD", only to find out much later "AFTER EXTENSIVE DD" was either a lie or a complete lack of comprehension of the meaning of "EXTENSIVE DD"! Stupidity is not a valid excuse for crushing shareholders!

Seth Shaw "touted" Joshua Kimmel's brilliance in multiple PR's and IHUB posts, but Shaw now admits he didn't do the required DD to understand Kimmel's background and past transgressions!

AGAIN, IT IS CLEAR SETH SHAW DOES NOT DO ANYTHING APPROACHING "REAL" DD AND IT HAS COST THE TAUG SHAREHOLDERS MILLIONS! WHAT A NICE WAY TO ENHANCE SHAREHOLDER VALUE!
