Regardless of share value - $100k for raw data says enough.. mega bridge has no volume but on QB and that money's coming from somewhere (other than dilution) encourage all to read there filings too! ;)

RCHA should be way over 0,015!!!

In the 8K is stated that RCHA gets 15M Megabridge (Which has until this deal 5M OS of $ 1 each). If they give out 15M MGBR (dilution) each share is worth 5M/20M is $0,25. 15M is $ 3.75M dollars.

OS RCHA is as noted in 8K of July 12:

"The total number of outstanding shares of common stock of the Company as of July 10, 2017 after the above described issuances is 350,136,570."

So the extra value per share RCHA is 3,75M divided in 350M =

0,0107 !!!!

So pps RCHA would be the value of itself plus the 0,0107 because of its deal.
