Because he can't. TASBES0101 was mistaken that he/she read about more than one deposition on the TAUG website. The information was all from the same person. So asking why he would disclose about other depositions is disingenuous, there is only information about one deposition on the TAUG website. And he admitted, the TAUG website was his only information source.

I'm sure you "would". If I were a paid TAUG consultant, I'd have to publicly "imagine"/pump also, ... or quit.
