November will be here before we know it!

Yes it will...

a whistle blower who will arise and crush TAUG's case.

I am sure a whistle blower will be able to undue the censure, and the failing of Don Cowan to notify Tauriga of the significant threat to the Independence of the audit. Or absolve Cowan of failing to notify TAUG even after the they agreed to a censure. Maybe the whistle blower can make both the the 2014 and 2015 letters stating that Cowan was independent vanish as well. Or the whistle blower can explain why Cowan and Meyler refused to answer their clients requests for the work papers.

The Rolodex will gather more dust.

I doubt it has any dust on it. If you are referring to a possible merger I would point you to the press releases. If or when TAUG does an M&A the company will still have to perform. For TAUG shareholders to get whole a 50 to 100 million market cap would need to be obtained. But there is still a product launch slated for November and if it is well received that product could be in tens of thousands of stores within 12 months.

In fact Sethie did and tried. I wonder what TAUG shareholders will think of the paid consultant when the Cowan case blows up in shareholders' faces.

How could you possibly know what Seth did or did not do. You give to much credit out because I think Seth and the BOD make the decisions.

a whistle blower who will arise and crush TAUG's case.

Sounds like the witness list should be interesting.

interesting......a whistle blower....

looks like the walls are closing in on TAUG and the highly touted consultant is left scrambling for names. This should be fun to watch.

And with November the thoughts of kids trick or treating will fade and the anticipation of Thanksgiving will grow. The Rolodex will gather more dust. But IMO no trial. September and October will be big months for TAUG where Sethie, the paid consultant and the coalition of posters will be deluged with requests, Motions, runs in front of the Magistrate, and gasp... a whistle blower who will arise and crush TAUG's case. TAUG, who Sethie knows has been on borrowed time for months, will wish they had settled the case with Cowan and their insurer months earlier. In fact Sethie did and tried. I wonder what TAUG shareholders will think of the paid consultant when the Cowan case blows up in shareholders' faces.

This has to be about the most ludicrous suggestion yet, until one finds this on another board

What is bothering Johnny is a comment passed earlier today about a whistle blower. In most Federal cases a whistle blower comes out of the woodpile along with the rats and snakes. There was a whistle blower in the first DECN-J&J case, a former J&J manager. There will be at least one with the TAUG case, perhaps two or three. People who know that Johnny and Seth Shaw staged this entire Cowan court case, and the testimony will paint a picture of a fraud on the court. Just wait ... that is if you care.

Staged the lawsuit, you might want to read the deposition of Meyler. Cowan Gunteski lost their auditing business, had a public censure by the PCAOB and Mr. Meyler and several others were left out of a job. Hopefully TAUG brings several of those employees that were ousted by the firm in as witnesses. I would be very interested to hear what the ex head of compliance testifies to.

I think TAUG will stick the whistle right up this whistleblowers ARSE. Oh, but there is no whistleblower. Just Blowhard ex TAUG BOD member Berman being a jealous scumbag.
