Glad to hear it. Personally, my bet is an OS of 1 to 1.2B and most new shares from operations funding and the rest debtor dilution. If December is the time frame, that's my prediction. And if no RS, my guess is another 2B added a year later unless he's doing at least $2.2M annual sales after that without adding salaried headcounts to his business. If he's not real careful on his overhead this year, he'll be in the death spiral in the next year even if his sales are good.
