No indication I know of on the Pref Ds, but Rich could cancel those in a heartbeat and file an 8K for shareholders.

But Rich has (or at least someone claimed a PR said so) said he will transfer ownership of the 49% of Bellissima to ICNB (but no details how or if at a cost in new shares). So that is an indication of a potential thing in the future. I'm just wondering why the holdup? Just do it! But it's not happening. I have to ask why not?
