Business Description


Rich Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company that is focused on the development of its lead product, TPA (12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate), for the treatment of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) in refractory patients. The basis for the interest of the Company to pursue clinical development of TPA in this and possibly other indications is the result of the work of Prof. Richard Chang. I love it new RCHA filing just hit today! Looks like they are getting a lot of filings updated now. It looks like those last notes were included in the new OS we confirmed today at 350 million shares. That is so small!
