This thing never had a chance of being a scam, there was no PR hype, no news, no pumping by the company, no significant run on heavy volume. If it was a scam it was a poorly executed one since they didn't even try to pump it up!
No this isn't a scam imo, I think it's either they got in over their heads and couldn't care less at the weekly patience level of Ihub squakers, or the ticker has some baggage we don't know about, or they are just lagging in execution which comes as no surprise with the involvement of Pope.
Either way...it will happen eventually and hell if not? It's abundantly clear that Pope was shopping this ticker around and he will continue to do so, it won't sit empty. This ticker is his meal ticket and invest he is getting hungry!
