no read that txt again....

they can't produce 2Q GAAP due to "finalizing" the accounting related to recently acquisition.

That is why I am going thru. all their SEC filings in 2017...to see which company they acquire so far in 2017...

You can help to dig in their filing...just search for the keyword " acquire" "acquisition"

side note: if they dilute their shares to get $$$ to buy companies...that would affect their EPS as stated in the filings...

Or even share exchange to acquire business.

Yes..I can answer you it's a YES they did...IMO. Not actually signed the deal though I guess. Or else they have to announce by issuing 8K.

I read thru. all the SEC filings in this year. There no other acquisition in 2017.
