no read that txt again.... they can't produce 2Q GAAP due to "finalizing" the accounting related to recently acquisition. That is why I am going thru. all their SEC filings in 2017...to see which company they acquire so far in 2017... You can help to dig in their filing...just search for the keyword " acquire" "acquisition" https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=zbh&owner=exclude&action=getcompany side note: if they dilute their shares to get $$$ to buy companies...that would affect their EPS as stated in the filings... Or even share exchange to acquire business.
