Excellent primer for those confused about short volume and short interest. Thanks for posting it.

On the short volume - the trade cycle is the trade plus 3 days to clear.

In September FINRA is changing the trade cycle from (T + 3) to (T + 2).

tough how can y'all be so sure all the intraday short positions were all made legit and in transparence?
also can't a lot happens right in the 15days period when Finra dont report short interest?
