One has to ask WHY? Peregrine was waiting for NASDAQ panel decision and it came around April 10

Well...the 8k filed April 12 gives the reason = NASDAQ Panel approved an extension for Peregrine and again one must ask WHY?

Due to their non disclosures and future events provided as evidence to the NASDAQ panel....and part of their several paths to regain compliance

Was the Fargo disaster all just part of the overall BOD strategy? Look at it this way, if we were to gain anything from it other than the $800k shouldn't we have already done so? Janet Bleaker should be in jail. Isn't that why the Fargo FBI satellite office was opened? No, sorry. The Fargo disaster was, as Chris Keenan told me years ago, a "gift." And we shareholders should be thankful for the spotlight that was put on Peregrine. He didn't say who the gift was for though. Now it makes sense that he meant it was a gift for the BOD to create a HUGE story and scam retail shareholders for another five years. I think Chris' conscience got the better of him and he left Peregrine.
