I disagree and if one reads my original post it is clear that Peregrine says NO reverse split before April 10

One has to ask WHY? Peregrine was waiting for NASDAQ panel decision and it came around April 10

Well...the 8k filed April 12 gives the reason = NASDAQ Panel approved an extension for Peregrine and again one must ask WHY?

Due to their non disclosures and future events provided as evidence to the NASDAQ panel....and part of their several paths to regain compliance
