Call your dumbass broker AGAIN and ask them WTF they are talking about. Are they referring to the payment date of the dividend or the date that the shares will end up in street name. Those are 2 different dates.

When someone tells you a thing like that you need to ask them what they are talking about specifically. Learn to communicate properly. FFS.
