It's complete BS. They said the same to me but it was not in any way a definitive or official statement. It's just their 'qualified' guess, in my humble opinion.

There is no chance they would have this info and none of us or IR has it.

The exact quote:
"Det vi vet är att utdelningen förväntas ske runt årsskiftet."
Translation:
"What we know is that the dividend is expected to happen around the year end."
