Very , very low. It would be an extreme waste of my time inquiring about the float several times per day on this board when I could easily and simply get this information from several sources.

No confusion here , just implied and incorrect assumptions.

Yeah right! A billionaire is going to dilute the company to the ground for a measly $6.2 million dollars or so. I have not seen any proof to that effect.

If he does this way, he may not even get back his principal amount. The billionaires are much smarter than this.

What am I missing?

The claim that there is no intent to dilute does not mean that there will be no dilution.
