Yeah right! A billionaire is going to dilute the company to the ground for a measly $6.2 million dollars or so. I have not seen any proof to that effect.
If he does this way, he may not even get back his principal amount. The billionaires are much smarter than this.
What am I missing?
The claim that there is no intent to dilute does not mean that there will be no dilution.
