I had no idea how to upload it to ihub, above my pay grade, but thought it valuable for everyone in or thinking of getting in to see.


This is not some simple, one piece of paper w 5 paragraphs on it, proposal.

Took time to put this together and offers a lot of insight into the plan moving forward.

It appears to me that Kate n crew are pretty thorough and detailed when taking care of paperwork too.

Remember this post...What a farce? USAID is nowhere in sight. Kate said it is because Trump stopped ALL aid to Colombia. This obviously isn't true as simple internet searches confirm that USAID has recently been issued to Colombia.

My understanding is that there is no factual support for this USAID Proposal. If I am wrong please provide me with some documentation that this proposal was actually submitted to USAID.

People have been talking today about the USAID application that you posted about some time ago. My recollection is that you don't know if GEGI actually submitted the application you posted about to USAID. Please confirm as there seems to be some confusion about whether GEGI actually applied for USAID.
