GEGI/Cacique is definitely the real deal. These are serious people who are pursuing their goals relentlessly. It's actually an amazing undertaking that will benefit a lot of people from the poorest members of society right up to the highest members of government. It's looking like this company could very well play a big part in helping to rebuild the entire country of Columbia.

Yeah the gold mining is great in and of itself, but the scope of community outreach, environmental protection/healing, and job creation is just mind boggling.

And while this USAID funding is still in the proposal stage we must remember that Kate has already secured funding for Q. That means that she knows how to get funded and that the people who are funding already like the project. IMO this funding will get approved hands down.
