Having selected the $25 laptop with security,
now you need some applications to make use of
the Security chip & then you need an infrastructure
to provide backup,password recovery etc.

$25 for chip
$.50-1.50 bundled applications
$25-35 per year for Infrastructure services.
Would you pay an extra max $130 over a three
year period for this?
