Dilution almost guaranteed. T/A hasn't updated the Share Structure since May 31st. Probably inflated to 6,000,000,000 or more by now.

With bvtk it pays to be fast, cause if if you snooze you lose.

Both the OBV and the Accumulation/Distribution indicators suggest that dilution has been taking place. However, I fully expect the company to soon be announcing that all convertible debts have been fully satisfied. Better to get them out of the way now while the price is still low. Then drop the 'poop' news and watch it take off. All IMO, of course.
