But how? The company has been delinquent for a year. Note holders can't convert...unless someone is r ally playing games. Was an insider or note holder just sitting on a ton of stock?
There will be lots announcements coming but I think tom wants all pieces to the puzzle together before hand....im not looking for anything major until at least sept...gives me plenty of time to add more...just my opinion
