I tried to get it out of him but he was not going to tell me the topic but he hinted towards FDA. He also said that the confusion about the 6-8 week window was due to the FDA registration deadline which is released within that time frame, but the NUMBERS are not released until several weeks later which is what they are waiting on for a PR.
