Once the R/S becomes effective its a non-issue, in that there's no uncertainty as to whether one will or won't happen, or size, or timing.
The share price will also settle and find an active trading market at some price band the market deems appropriate. Anyone wanting to trade will simply reset their position and take advantage of tax losses to offset their gains.
