Some are retired...mobile devices allow people to play endless games...a look at any teenage kid with a smart phone...and their head never comes out of it...and it might be no different here.

Yes...my name is Tenkay and I have an addiction to iHub. ;-)

Sorry...I am afraid that this notion of the "paid basher" is nonsense...but is brought up on a lot of stock boards because it is an attractive way for a serial stock pumper or someone with a financial interest in maintaining a positive narrative (even if it completely counter to the facts) to try to attack the motivation or credibility of the guy that is getting in the way of them pumping their pos stock.

And that causes a lot of people to respond when I post some fact or supportable observation...and it is hard to resist continuing the "dialogue".

So yes...people will post endlessly for a variety of reasons.

...but I only wish money could be made with my "addiction". LOLOL.

I'm unusual in that my bashing has been enormously profitable for me. In the late 90s I witnessed the Dot Com Bubble pursued by armies of wet behind the ears stock "players" who only knew that stocks always rose and they could be bought online cheaply!

I realized that would end dreadfully and moved most of my money into blue chips, index funds and bonds... often muni bonds.

Then the newbies discovered charting and began trading like whirling dervishes. Dumb investing and dumber tax planning. I don't do dumb things with money. I find that "IHUB Think" is a marvelous contrarian indicator. My average stock holding period is measured in decades!

Put another way, and long ago: "The Herd is Always Wrong."

Put simply: Just about everything a newbie picks up on penny stock boards is wrong. 98%+ of "players" would be better off holding a basic index fund. I've been posting that online for 20 years. Been right about that for 20 years. (actually I've held a Vanguard index Fund for about 30 years)

There's a guy name Buffett who advises about the same thing.

back to work now...
