And why do it? Because I have time on my hands and am forced to sit in front of a computer. I can either look at porn or expose fraud in my down time.
I've been on iHub for a decade or so. On RB about a decade before that. never made a dime from it, though one grateful long bought me a half year subscription once.
Longs dont believe bashers. I can post right out of the 10k and will be refuted by a long because he talked to the CEO and the 10k is just boilerplate.
I once posted a link to a State Corporation database showing a reverse split was coming. Longs said that had to be a mistake because none was announced by the company. Nobody gives a crap what I say. They are going to get rich.
Why do you think "Cll the CEO yourself and ASK" is one of the most often used justifications on iHUb.
What you are calling bashers - I call them that are posting facts that expose another OTCM scam - the truth tellers.
First, the true believers or those married to the stock always attack the messenger rather than the message.
I always ask - if what I have posted isn't accurate then go through it point by point and post their research/DD to prove what I posted wasn't accurate.
A great example on several Q stocks 1manband provided a very detailed post explaining the US Bankruptcy Laws - and explained the Reorganization Plan for that particular company. I learned a great deal - but the white noise from the frontloaders and forum pumpers drowned out the real DD from 1manband and Janice.
Those that didn't heed their advice lost their ass.
So what you call bashers once again were providing valuable information so noobie investors could make a informed decision.
