No but it does have to do with the leadership of this company. That's what I'm invested in, the leadership, the people. Nintendo, Cineplex, and GameStop are stalking with, and shaking the hands of, the management team. They have proven to be capable of attracting major business and more importantly closing deals.

If the people that know what's going on behind the scenes think this is massive news then it's massive news. Besides, from what I e read most spinoffs do fairly well - 15-20% gains - often times outperforming the parent company.
