You are absolutely correct. I used to manage a company, Babcock and Wilcox. They split the company's government business and commercial business into two separate company's (showed up automatically in my eTrade for those who are worried). Although, their business didn't have huge growth the extra shares were a very nice reward. As many have said FREE MONEY! That's why we are all here... to make money. Take it and enjoy it.

Nice post! I also expect that all parts will spin off to themselves as stand alone companies eventually. I also believe that the company to be acquired will be through a reverse merger to a company that already is already listed. JMO. Thanks

GM is being pressured to spinoff their stock by shareholder activists.

Well said. I think the construction industry is too economy driven to be part of the Gro zone and Snakes team. A down turn in economic fundamentals could be a huge down fall in construction and that could significantly impact Amfil stock for the wrong reasons. I know all about the construction industry. I have my contractors license but have stopped doing it for about a year now. But the construction team can be grown into a huge company as well. Just saying its economy driven and operates differently than Gro Zone and snakes. But it has been a great revenue producer for us to get this company going strong.

It seems obvious that management must be looking at other valuable acquisitions- they even said so in the press release!

"Management is in the process of reviewing an acquisition for the new entity which would significantly increase shareholder value.
Further details relating to plans for the new entity will be released as they develop."

Agreed, well said... He is doing things right. Cant risk Snakes/ GROzone, which each have great leadership and massive potential, with a significant unknown, no matter how much pre DD/analysis you do.

Right now Interloc is being given a zero value under AMFE (IMO) and this will instantly change under a new ticker... Even a shell has underlying value... A reporting ticker with a PROFITABLE business + merger has more value

Most dont know this, but they have never needed to dilute to sustain the Interloc sub, even when it was the only sub on the books. It carried the company, but now is outshined by Snakes and GROzone.
