Re: Spinoff, THE MOST EXCITING part of the PR to me is this: "Management is in the process of reviewing an acquisition for the new entity which would significantly increase shareholder value. Further details relating to plans for the new entity will be released as they develop." I believe Roger will indeed make a spectcular acquisition to INTERLOC Kings to make the new stock entity one that will capture the excitement of all looking to jump into a New public company with a REAL FUTURE!!!
And the time required to bring them public should provide Roger and company enough time to complete this exciting acquisition BEFORE the new company goes public, which is KEY imho!!
