Carter needs to maintain 50+ percent ownership

OS was last know at 1 billion

Carter could have sold some and still maintain ownership to avoid a hostile takeover. He gave himself enough buffer to do it.

The important thing is it does not make a difference in the pps evaluation if the float grew as its based on the OS not the float.

Just means that more of the wealth is divided among shareholders if the float is larger and OS same.

I think Carter got 900 million for that exact reason as he only needed a little over 500 million to maintain control.

1 billion buyout still prices us at 1.00 regardless of what Carter has as long as the OS remains constant at around 1 billion.

Typo in my last post

Clearly, Mr. Howe does not give a hoot imo about common investors and for that reason ... if it becomes necessary next year to pay the lawyers, it wouldn't surprise me if Billy's common was swapped for Preferred and some of that 6 Bil AS were utilized (sold). From the 12/31/15 10Q Balance Sheet

Common stock ($.001 par value; 6,000,000,000 shares authorized; 966,928,504 and 912,466,204 shares issued and outstanding, respectively)
