Of course they can NOT increase or issue shares now...because as of today their available treasury stock is now maxed out at 2B.

There's been well over a dozen emails from PGPM's transfer agent today reflecting that PGPM's O/S is now 2B...which means they have now maxed out their available 2B Authorized Shares.

The question mgmt. and/or IR should be providing clarity on...is how the heck approximately 850M shares got added to PGPM's O/S since their last OTC Markets Share Structure update which was posted on April 27th reflecting an O/S of 1.15B>>>

So either the company is not telling all or their transfer agent is lying!

No offence but he should put out a PR about this and not email shareholders. Rafael has already performed Corporate Actions recently...

Selling a 3 million dollar Private Placement is a corporate Action, setting up a Corporate Status in Wyoming is also, increasing the O/S is the same.....
