That's the next question i asked. Waiting for response.

"I am looking at your recent filing and there it says outstanding shares are around 1.2 Million. But TA today confirmed it is 2 Billion. "

I think the transfer agent misspoke. I believe the company, why would they do anything to screw up getting the CE removed. The company is emailing and saying the TA is not correct, so?? Pick your poison. I think the company has come to far to screw everything up. But that's just me.

Exactly right. The company needs to let us know what the additional shares are for and their designation.
