I don't like to cut and paste, so I'll keep it brief. I don't agree with anything as stated. I don't ignore INOH's nor Goldberg's history because by studying it, INOH's present and future aren't a mystery.

You may not care but I and others do. What you fail to recognize is its not just what happened 7-10 years ago but whats progressively happened through each and every one of those years. Goldberg continuation of outright scam pump & dumps. Nothing at all has changed. Perhaps its far more important to simply look at the bottom line results. Years of fleecing investors and overall zero profits for shareholders. Not one sleazy promotion ever brought to fruition. That rather tell it all.

Well that flies in direct opposition to just ONE thing federal regulators recommend to do to avoid becoming a victim to microcap fraud.

Search SEC.gov to see whether the SEC has taken any action against the company or anyone associated with the company.
