Well that flies in direct opposition to just ONE thing federal regulators recommend to do to avoid becoming a victim to microcap fraud.

Search SEC.gov to see whether the SEC has taken any action against the company or anyone associated with the company.


I'll again say that I don't care what happened in the DR 7-10 years ago and don't care what stock brokerage Goldberg's parents worked. I



No thanks, I will take the SEC's advice, they have no reason to mislead anyone.
