if you can handle it, a low fat milk and some fiber for breakfast would do you a lot of good.
i eat fiber one and fresh fruit
there is also all bran and grape nuts.
i eat nutrigrain bars, lowfat granola bars, flavored rice cakes and 100 calorie pack snacks throughout the day while drinking a lot of water to get my metabolism running.
i eat a lot of tuna for lunch......light not albacore
