Legally I think it cannot be done with SIAF to go dark both in Norway and OTC.

Shareholders will then be arguing that he used Merkur to drive the number to under 300.

SIAF is not "Dark" or near it

I have some experience with this with another company that did (ELCO) back in 2008. NOT ONE FILE doc since then and they are STILL listed.

You need to know the #'s of shareholders held in street name by the Brokerage firm
