I've been advocating that. Makes it easier to sell the company when the time comes. If they do that the SP will respond accordingly. However LP will not merge unless she has majority control which is slipping with each dilution.

I've been saying this on this board for a long long time. Makes the most sense long term. But I think the smoke has to clear on P3 first. Or at least mostly clear
