Only the fact that we went from about 3,000 shareholders on the OTC to just 114

I believe that the transfer agent completed a sweep and close-out of thousands of small accounts that held shares in Volcanic Gold (the company used for SIAF's reverse merger), thus causing the drop in number of shareholders.
